The uniqueness of the project lies in its location – it is situated in a natural backdrop and at the same time on the border of a traffic artery.

We are convinced that these are the benefits that make the PRI STUDNIČKE project the perfect urban living.

The individual buildings are “offset” so that the best possible view can be obtained from each of them.

We offer the last 4 room apartments with roof terraces and panoramic views of the surrounding forests and the city.

All windows are screened with fabric roller blinds, and we make extensive use of French windows, which evoke a sense of connection with the outdoors.

The balconies are not banal, they carry an artistry in the form of the stylization of grass.

On the ground floor there are generous apartments with front gardens. On typical floors with  1.5 room apartments, 2 room apartments, 3 room and 4 room apartments we created balconies with space for dining and leisure.

On each floor there are only three, maximum four flats with an elevator in the middle of the staircase, which promotes the intimate character of the housing.
