July to October 2023From July to October, intensive demolition works were carried out on the site where the new project PRI STUDNIČKE will soon be built. During these months, it was possible to remove the old buildings and prepare the area for the implementation of a modern residential complex, which will offer comfortable living in harmony with nature.

Valid building permit
April 2024The final building permit is a significant milestone in the project development process. This important decision has allowed the project to proceed in accordance with local building codes and the anticipated schedule.

Start of construction
May 2024We have started construction. Demolition work surfaces – sidewalks and roads on the property. We are starting to pile and dig the construction pit.

Surveying works have started
June 2024Surveying work on the property has begun, along with the precise delineation of the building and surrounding area. Probes have been carried out to establish the exact positions of the utility lines.

September 2024The PRI STUDNIČKE project has reached a significant milestone these days – more than half of the flats have already been sold.

Foundation of the construction
June – December 2024Construction of new apartments in our residential project PRI STUDNIČKE is in full swing. Our project has moved into a dynamic phase, the progress in construction work is evident every day.
