WE HAVE A VALID BUILDING PERMIT

The final building permit is a significant milestone in the project development process. This important decision will allow the project to proceed in accordance with local building codes and the anticipated schedule.

The PRI STUDNIČKE project has a total of 88 flats and apartments in four apartment buildings. These are 1.5 room flats , 2 room flats, 3 room flats and 4 room flats and apartments. So far 35 apartments have been sold in the presale. The floor area of the flats ranges from 31.8 to 113.3m2. The project has a total of 91 basements and 126 garage spaces. There are also two non-residential, commercial premises.

Construction of the PRI STUDNIČKE project will begin in June 2024. The anticipated completion of construction is planned for April 2026.
