DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT STUDNIČKA REACHED 50% SELL-OUT RATE OF FLATS
The PRI STUDNIČKE project has reached a significant milestone these days – 50% of the flats have already been sold. This success is proof of the great interest in the project,
which represents an excellent type of urban living with proximity to the city and nature at the same time.
The Pri Studnička project offers a unique combination of city life and the nearby nature of the Železná studnička forest park. Currently, the PRI STUDNIČKE project is already under construction. Demolition of surfaces – pavements and roads on the site are currently being completed. Piling and digging of the construction pit has also started. “This progress brings our project closer to realizing our vision of modern and comfortable living for our future residents,” says Eva Voldřichová, project manager at STUDNIČKA DEVELOPMENT.
Construction is expected to be completed in April 2026.
