DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT STUDNIČKA REACHED 50% SELL-OUT RATE OF FLATS

The PRI STUDNIČKE project has reached a significant milestone these days – 50% of the flats have already been sold. This success is proof of the great interest in the project, which represents an excellent type of urban living with proximity to the city and nature at the same time.

The Pri Studnička project offers a unique combination of city life and the nearby nature of the Železná studnička forest park. The immediate proximity to nature provides its future inhabitants with a wide range of sports and relaxation opportunities, while convenient access to the city centre ensures comfort and accessibility to all necessary services.

“We are convinced that the unique location of our project is behind its popularity with the public, which has already resulted in a 50% sell-out rate of our apartments. We are extremely pleased with this interest and it is proof that we have come to the real estate market with a project that is interesting and attractive for people. At the same time, it leads us to the decision to increase the prices of the remaining apartments,” said Eva Voldřichová, project manager at STUDNIČKA DEVELOPMENT.

The PRI STUDNIČKE project has a total of 88 flats and apartments in four apartment buildings. These are 1.5 room apartments , 2 room apartments, 3 room apartments and 4 room apartments and suites. The floor area of the apartments ranges from 31.8 to 113.3 m2. The project has a total of 91 basements and 126 garage spaces. There are also two non-residential, commercial premises.

Currently, the PRI STUDNIČKE project is already under construction. Demolition of surfaces – pavements and roads on the site are currently being completed. Piling and digging of the construction pit has also started. “This progress brings our project closer to realizing our vision of modern and comfortable living for our future residents,” says Eva Voldřichová, project manager at STUDNIČKA DEVELOPMENT.

Construction is expected to be completed in April 2026.
