ESET CAMPUS Research Centre
- It is a new technology centre that will attract major global and domestic IT companies to its premises

Revitalisation of the SAV area

- a new office building to be located on the road to the Iron Well
Revitalisation of the PATRÓNKA factory
- in 1871, in the area of today’s Patrónka, Juraj Roth built a factory for patrons
- a new project is being prepared to restore the banks of the Vydrica stream
- a cultural and creative centre, a school and cycle paths should be built on the site of the former factory
