This success is proof of the great interest in the project,\nwhich represents an excellent type of urban living with proximity to the city and nature at the same time.<\/b>

\n\nThe Pri Studni\u010dka project offers a unique combination of city life and the nearby nature of the \u017delezn\u00e1 studni\u010dka forest park. The immediate proximity to nature provides its future inhabitants with a wide\nrange of sports and relaxation opportunities, while convenient access to the city centre ensures comfort and accessibility to all necessary services.

“We are convinced that the unique location of our project is behind its popularity with the public, which has already resulted in a 50% sell-out rate of our apartments. We are extremely pleased with this interest and it is proof that we have come to the real estate market with a project that is interesting and attractive for people. At the same time, it leads us to the decision to increase the prices of the remaining apartments,” said Eva Vold\u0159ichov\u00e1, project manager at STUDNI\u010cKA DEVELOPMENT.\n

The PRI STUDNI\u010cKE project has a total of 88 flats and apartments in four apartment buildings. These are 1.5 room apartments<\/a> , 2 room apartments<\/a>, 3 room apartments<\/a> and 4 room apartments and suites<\/a>. The floor area of the apartments ranges from 31.8 to 113.3 m2. The project has a total of 91 basements and 126 garage spaces. There are also two non-residential, commercial premises.\n

Currently, the PRI STUDNI\u010cKE project is already under construction. Demolition of surfaces – pavements and roads on the site are currently being completed. Piling and digging of the construction pit has also started. “This progress brings our project closer to realizing our vision of modern and comfortable living for our future residents,” says Eva Vold\u0159ichov\u00e1, project manager at STUDNI\u010cKA DEVELOPMENT.
