This important decision will allow the project to proceed in accordance with local building codes and the anticipated schedule. \n<br><br>The residential project PRI STUDNI\u010cKE is located near the \u017delezn\u00e1 studni\u010dka forest park. Its excellent location predestines it to become in Bratislava a unique project of quality urban living in a natural environment. The project is the result of long-term planning, thorough preparation\nand cooperation with all relevant stakeholders. The proximity of the city and the close proximity of the Iron Well make this location an ideal place for pleasant and comfortable living in the capital.     \n<br><br>At the same time, the location has great potential to provide its future residents with additional benefits, especially in connection with the planned construction of the Eset Kampus science and research centre. The campus is to be built on the site of the former Military Hospital and is one of the most anticipated projects in Bratislava. It is to bring not only a new administrative-scientific centre and a number of job opportunities, but it is also to have a community effect and create a public space that will serve the entire neighbourhood, including the residents of the PRI STUDNI\u010cKE residential housing.  \n<br><br><b>&#8220;We are convinced that the PRI STUDNI\u010cKE project will bring to Bratislava a great type of housing combining proximity to the city and nature. A huge added value for its inhabitants is the location, which is gradually turning into a new business centre of Bratislava. Let&#8217;s just mention the expected construction of the Eset Kampus centre or the planned reconstruction and transformation of the SAV campus into a modern campus. And the popular \u017delezn\u00e1 studni\u010dka, which is literally around the corner,&#8221;   <\/b>  said Eva Vold\u0159ichov\u00e1, project manager of STUDNI\u010cKA DEVELOPMENT.  \n\n<br><br>The PRI STUDNI\u010cKE project has a total of 88 flats and apartments in four apartment buildings. These are <a href=\"https:\/\/pristudnicke.sk\/ponuka-apartmentov-pristudnicke-bratislava\/?_sfm_vip_cena=0+673620&#038;_sfm_pocet_izieb=1%2C5-izbov%C3%BD#filter\">1.5 room flats<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/pristudnicke.sk\/ponuka-apartmentov-pristudnicke-bratislava\/?_sfm_vip_cena=0+673620&#038;_sfm_pocet_izieb=2-izbov%C3%BD#filter\">, 2 room flats<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pristudnicke.sk\/ponuka-apartmentov-pristudnicke-bratislava\/?_sfm_vip_cena=0+673620&#038;_sfm_pocet_izieb=3-izbov%C3%BD#filter\">3 room flats<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/pristudnicke.sk\/ponuka-apartmentov-pristudnicke-bratislava\/?_sfm_vip_cena=0+673620&#038;_sfm_pocet_izieb=4-izbov%C3%BD#filter\">4 room flats and apartments<\/a>. So far 35 apartments have been sold in the presale. The floor area of the flats ranges from 31.8 to 113.3<sup>m2<\/sup>. The project has a total of 91 basements and 126 garage spaces. There are also two non-residential, commercial premises.     \n<br><br>Construction of the PRI STUDNI\u010cKE project will begin in June 2024.
