Construction of new apartments in our residential project PRI STUDNIČKE is in full swing. After obtaining a building permit, our project has moved into a dynamic phase, the progress in construction work is evident every day. Thus, we are gradually building the foundations for new, pleasant living in an extremely attractive location in our capital city.

Current state of work

The earthworks are currently underway and are already 70% complete. This phase involves the removal of soil down to the foundation joints, which is a critical step in ensuring the stability of the entire building. Our experts are focusing on securing the construction pit and implementing the piling that is necessary to create a solid foundation for the building. In addition, work is underway on the so-called “torsion wall”, which serves to protect the construction pit from unwanted soil movements and provides additional stability. In the coming weeks, we plan to deploy earth anchors that will strengthen the torsion wall and secure the construction pit even further. This step is essential to prevent any problems with ground movements during the later phases of construction.

What is waiting for us in October?

With the arrival of October, we will see further significant progress in construction. We plan to start work on the foundation slab. In addition, cranes will be installed on site to allow further construction activities to proceed, including the construction of floors and other structural elements.

Once the foundation slab is completed and the cranes are in place, the project will move into the garage construction phase. We plan to construct two levels of garages that will provide ample parking for future condo owners. Once this work is complete, we will focus on the construction of the first floor, where the new apartments will begin to go up.

Our efforts to create quality and modern housing for the future residents of the PRI STUDNIČKE project are in full swing. Every step we are currently taking is a step towards building functional and comfortable housing in Bratislava, moreover in the beautiful environment of the nearby nature of the Železná studnička Forest Park. The future residents of our project can thus experience the perfect symbiosis of living close to the city centre and at the same time within a stone’s throw to nature. The construction is scheduled to be completed in spring 2026.

The PRI STUDNIČKE project has a total of 88 flats and apartments in four apartment buildings. These are 1.5 room flats , 2 room flats, 3 room flats and 4 room flats and apartments.
