In March 2025, we will start the process of selecting materials and equipment for the future housing of our clients.

We have chosen the services of the top and experienced supplier KERAMIKA SOUKUP, whose showroom is located in the R1 CENTRUM complex on Rožňavská Street No. 1 in Bratislava. An instructional video on how to get to the KERAMIKA SOUKUP store can be found here.

Directly in the showroom at 1. upstairs are prepared two cubicles marked PRI STUDNIČKE. Here are the materials for our Standard and Standard PLUS. Detailed description of both packages can also be found here

Selection procedure:

Before visiting the showroom, it is necessary to make an appointment in advance. At the meeting, you will be attended by a responsible person who will guide you through the entire process of selecting materials.

There will be ready floors, tiles, tiles, sanitary ware, interior doors, in two designs:

• Standard – selection according to the offer – this is included in the price of the apartment WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE
• Standard PLUS – selection according to the offer – the difference in price of materials between Standard and Standard PLUS – for extra charge (price will be specified according to the client’s choice of materials)

One visualization of the bathroom is included in the price (other visualizations – for an additional fee directly from the supplier)

Holoapartment – if you decide for the Holoapartment option, which does not include the furnishing of the apartment, please notify us in writing to the following e-mail address: predaj@pristudnicke.sk

If you choose the Standard PLUS equipment for an additional fee or the Holoapartment variant, we will contact you by phone to clarify the further procedure.

Choice of materials Standard / Standard PLUS / Holoapartment must be completely sealed no later than 20. 5. 2025.

In the event that the selection is not completed by the above date, the Seller shall have the right under the Contract to complete the apartment in the Standard of his choice.

In view of the above, we recommend that you do not postpone the selection until the last minute, as the processing of documents, order and the selection of materials will take you and the supplier several days.
